Whether you’re a professional chef, an experienced wine connoisseur, or just someone who enjoys good food shared with good friends, you’re welcome at Salut! 

Our 600+ members get together often in small, intimate groups for lively, delicious dinners out, special events and festivals, volunteer activities and fascinating, “hands on” food and wine experiences as we travel around Chicago and to other great cultural and culinary destinations to savor our world.
